STAGE 2 Readiness

Know your gaps before The Gate does.
Where serious suppliers separate from hopeful ones. For $995 one-off, complete a structured eight-pillar readiness diagnostic that surfaces every gap before The Gate does. You arrive at Stage 3 knowing exactly where you stand - not hoping for the best. Stage 2 EOI submissions are accepted in queue order when a Backing Slot is available. Anchovi confirms slot availability before your Stage 2 fee is processed - no slot, no charge. The suppliers at the front of the queue who are best prepared give themselves the strongest foundation at The Gate. The assessment is still independent. Conviction is still earned.

The backing stage. Anchovi independently assesses your submitted evidence against all applicable criteria, verifying licences, registrations, references and certifications directly, and conducts first-hand physical assessment where determined. - your facilities, operations, or delivery environment. Conviction is not guaranteed. The assessment is independent. The outcome is honest. A successful Gate produces the Anchovi-Backed designation and your Backing Slot in your category - held for as long as you maintain it. Fees are scoped in Stage 2 into one of three published bands: $8,500, $13,500, or $19,500+.

STAGE 4 Conviction

The retained tier. The Anchovi-Backed designation is yours for as long as you maintain annual renewal and continue to meet the standards under which it was issued. The Backing Slot is yours. No reapplication. No competing with new entrants - as long as you hold it. If you do not renew, the slot opens - and one supplier in the queue behind you is waiting for exactly that event. Annual renewal: $3,900/yr. The cost of losing your slot is not $3,900. It is the time and investment required to earn it back.
